5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to shipping delays, customs checks, or unexpected events.
Once the shipment is handed over to the transporter as per agreed terms, the responsibility and ownership shift to the buyer.

We are not responsible for how clients market, brand, or sell the products once delivered.
7. No-Label / Bulk Supply
- Bulk products are supplied without branding or packaging, so clients can label and market them their way.
- Buyers are responsible for ensuring their branding follows legal rules in their region.
8. Liability & Responsibility
We are not responsible for indirect or accidental losses caused by using our products or services.
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order you placed with Cuddle Threadz.
